Refund & Cancellation Policy

ALL FEES PAID TO HSRC ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

1. General Policy

Once any fee is paid to HSRC (including but not limited to admission fees, tuition fees, registration fees, examination fees, library fees, hostel fees, or any other charges), it shall NOT be refunded under any circumstances.

2. No Refund Conditions

Withdrawal from the course or institution
Non-attendance of classes
Discontinuation of studies
Change of course, branch, or batch
Academic dismissal or disciplinary action
Medical reasons, personal reasons, or relocation
Failure to attend examinations or assessments

3. Admission & Registration Fees

Admission fees, application fees, and registration charges are NON-REFUNDABLE in all cases.

4. Force Majeure

HSRC shall not be liable to refund any fees in case of events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, or emergencies.

5. Fee Adjustment

Fees paid cannot be adjusted, transferred, or carried forward to any other course, academic year, or student.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By paying the fees, the student and/or guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

7. Policy Updates

HSRC reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The decision of the management shall be final and binding.
